Sitting here in my dark room, besides my red Christmas lights hanging from my ceiling in the corner of my room.
My iPod is randomly playing songs of my stereo, Akon is playing. Haven't heard him in a long time.
I ate pretty well today,
2 scrambled egg whites, with fresh salsa : 36 calories.
Diet Dr. pepper: 0 calories.
I have developed a gross habit of chewing and spitting, For those of you who don't know what that is, well it's pretty self explanatory. I chewed and spit like 8 bite size candy bars. For me its satisfying because I feel like I ate it. I use an empty pop bottle or water bottle and just throw it away after I am done, its pretty gross but I am addicted to doing it.
I am proud of myself because I made a DANK dinner, ha. Spaghetti with meat balls, garlic bread and salad with everything imaginable in it. This would be a lot eaiser if I was a horrible cook and had no idea on what to make, but sadly I am an awesome cook and always have amazing meal plans running through my head.
For some reason my face is breaking out, worse the usual. I have no idea what its from since I have been literally eating no sugar, maybe from stress? I don't know if it actually has something to do with the fact I never eat or not?

Well, two things about the breakout. If it is on your forehead, it is stress, if it on your chin it is hormonal. Also, I found that one I stopped eating meat, my skin went freaking beautiful. I get very few spots now. And I know how you feel, I am also an amazing cook and when I cook things I hate to sit and watch people eat it without having any myself, because I know how amazing it really is. I have never tried chew and spit. I may try this. Xo
